The Gospel Project for Kids Family App
It’s here, it’s here! We are so very excited that The Gospel Project for Kids Family App is now available in the iTunes store* for iPhone/iPad! For a limited time, Volume 1 is available for FREE!
The app contains 5 days worth of videos, music, coloring pages, memorization games, and so much more to help parents reinforce each weekly lesson with their kids.
Are you already using the app? What do you think?
*Currently not available for Android devices.
Looking for these apps on android version.
I recently updated my iPhone and now when I go to use the Gospel Project Kids app, I get a message that says “The developer of this app needs to update it to work with iOS 11.” Please give some insight on this matter. Thank you!
Taryn, due to factors outside our control, this app has been retired. The full details about this change are available here: https://www.gospelproject.com/2017/09/21/new-app-gospel-project-kids

We have a new app called LifeWay Kids which is compatible with iOS 11. Our blog site comment notifications are not always prompt so please email me if you have other questions at jeremy.carroll@lifeway.com.
We are starting Unit 25 (Fall 2017 curriculum) this Sunday. Can you tell me when the app version will be available for purchase/download?
Becky, I sincerely apologize for the long delay in our response. Our blog comment notifications are very prompt.
Hopefully you have found access to the materials you were looking for, as well as, checking out our new LifeWay Kids app for future updates.

Hi. I am the Kids Coordinator at my church and I would like to recommend that parents download the app, however, I do not see the unit we are on available for purchase. Is there a way to access other Units?
Which volume are you on, Andrea?
I paid for and downloaded the spring 2016 for iPad lesson and I get no sound for videos and songs on my iPad Air 2. Any suggestions?
Anthony, the team tested the app and the sound is functioning. Hate to ask, but did you make sure that your sound volume is not set to vibrate? Beyond that, I can’t think of what the problem might be.
We will contact that team to see if there are any issues with the app.
I downloaded the app but the videos have no sound!! What should I do?! Also, it’s very disappointing that you don’t have the NIV Key Passage included in games, etc. This is the version we’re having kids at our church memorize, and it’s confusing to young ones when the version is different. Will you be adding it?
Hi, Angela. I’m sorry that not having the NIV translation makes things more difficult for you. Unfortunately, we cannot use the NIV on the app at this time for copyright reasons. I have asked our app developer, Keith, to e-mail you and see if he can help you regarding the video sound.
I know you are tired about being whe will the app be available for Android, but Im asking again. Thanks for your deligence.
We are in the final stages of approval for the Android app and it should be available very soon!
Looking forward to the android version of the app
Can I get an email when the android app is available?
It is being considered right now!
This is not on target with the post but I don’t really know how this blog stuff works. Frankly that is my question We have purchased the Gospel Project for kids and are starting Sunday, and I have not been able to find where you folks offer any real training! I’m sure it’s me but I have spent hours on your web sites and I am so frustrated. I found a 7 page “training session for Bible Study leaders” that has a link to the “online presentation” in prezi but that does not work! I must say I’m figuring out how to use your material but it has been a real chore. Any suggestions on how to get my Small group teachers up to speed?
Ted,
Have you checked out the training videos on the kids page? http://www.gospelproject.com/kids/
You can scroll through all of them on the left side. There is also a training plan that you can find here: http://s3.amazonaws.com/TGPdownloads/kids/TGP_Training_Manual.pdf
Please let me know if there is something more specific you are looking for at courtney.baker@lifeway.com.
