There is no doubt that the doctrine of the Trinity is one of the most misunderstood and overlooked doctrines in Christianity. And yet, if you ask any responsible theologian, she will tell you that the Trinity is the most important doctrine in Christianity. Indeed, the great theologian John Webster once said that the Trinity is the doctrine on which everything else depends.
This is one of the reasons we believe it is so important to help kids, students, and adults know the essential role they play in the spread of the gospel.
Most Christians don’t need to be convinced of the need for discipleship. The need is clear. What most Christians need is to know that they are not alone in the difficulty of discipleship. They need to be reminded of the importance of pushing forward even when things get hard.
If you thought those two adjectives were basically the same thing, think again! Kindness and niceness might look similar, but underneath the surface, the two attributes are completely different. And that difference can make all the difference in your relationships, both personally and professionally. In fact, for some of us, replacing niceness with kindness just might be the key between peace and frustration both at home and at work.
