We really enjoy the GP lessons adults but this new version is frustrating.
There are key points to complete the incomplete sentences but no answers.
How do I get these???
Example: GP lesson daily discipleship Fall 2018 vol 1; page 30.
Brian Dembowczyk says
Hi, Esther. Those fill-in-the-blanks are part of the Group Time meant to be completed when you meet with your small group. The answers for those are provided in the Leader Guide for him or her to share with the group as he or she believes works best. Hope that helps!
Maxine L Taylor says
I have the leaders guide and I am not finding the “fill in the blank” answers for all of the points in session 1. I see the fill in for point 1, but after that, they are not listed. Now I can guess, but, I do not believe that is what you wish for me to do.
Brian Dembowczyk says
Be sure you are looking at the Leader Guide and not the Daily Discipleship Guide. The answers will be in the Leader Guide, but not the Daily Discipleship Guide.
Andy Vanderwier says
We have done the Gospel project from the beginning. This new format is a bit frustrating. We don’t have never needed a leaders guide to be able to enjoy the lessons before. Now all the sudden they’re required to fill in the blank‘s.
Brian Dembowczyk says
Hi, Andy. Sorry you are frustrated. The Gospel Project is primarily designed to be a group discussion, so the model is to begin with a leader using the Leader Guide, which includes unique material (beyond the blanks that are filled in) to help him lead a meaningful discussion. The Daily Discipleship Guide group time portion is intended to be used during that group time, and then the daily readings are designed to be done on your own without needing a leader with the Leader Guide. If you are the leader of your group, I would encourage you to get the Leader Guide and you will see how helpful it is (you can look at the preview content to see that as well), and if you are not the group leader, to encourage him to get a leader guide and check it out.
