Ep. 41: Why Men Should Serve in Kids Ministry
Kids Ministry tends to be one of the most challenging areas to recruit volunteers for—especially male volunteers. Why is it so difficult to recruit volunteers in general and male volunteers in particular? During a break at the ERLC 2018 National Conference, Sam O’Neil, a Content Editor for The Gospel Project for Kids and a Kids Ministry Volunteer in his local church, joined me to discuss this issue. Listen in as we discuss:
- Why it’s not weird for men to serve in this ministry area;
- Why it’s important that they do; and
- Why serving kids isn’t as hard as we might think.
