The purpose of the The Gospel Project is simple: to provide all ages a Christ-centered curriculum focused on the grand narrative of Scripture, and to show them how the gospel transforms lives. The Gospel Project is intended to help believers encounter the truth of Scripture through a theologically robust Christ-centered lens, with a mission-driven call to action.
The Gospel Project received an encouraging endorsement from Greg Strand, director of biblical theology and credentialing for the Evangelical Free Church of America. Greg wrote a letter that went to all the churches in the EFCA stating:
“The curriculum provides a Christ-focused approach to Scripture that takes into account the Bible’s storyline and our identity as Christ’s ambassadors, on mission to the world. This reflects the heart of the EFCA—the Word of God, focusing on the Gospel of Jesus Christ, leading to mission among all people. I am excited to recommend these excellent resources for wide use in our denomination and will be using it in my own local church.”
The Gospel Project team will be at the EFCA One Conference in New Orleans on July 1–3, 2013, where we will be giving away over $125 worth of books!
Come by the booth for a chance to win and to learn more about The Gospel Project. If you are already using The Gospel Project in your local church, we would love to hear how it is going. See you at the One Conference!
