This may be the shortest post I will share with you, but I believe its brevity in no way compromises its power and helpfulness.
As we wrap up our journey through the story of the Bible this time around, this is the big idea we want our kids to latch onto:
Jesus has won.
Not Jesus will win. He has won.
This is why we have hope. This is why we worship.
Jesus has won.
All wrongs will be made right. Sin and death are defeated. Their days are numbered.
Jesus has won.
This is why we cast aside fear, worry, and doubt and live in confidence, assurance, and joy.
Jesus has won.
This is why we echo with John, “Amen! Come, Lord Jesus!” (Revelation 22:20)
The first thing I plan to do on resurrected legs is to drop on grateful, glorified knees. I will quietly kneel at the feet of Jesus.” — Joni Eareckson Tada
