Order Dates
People keep asking us, “When can we order The Gospel Project?” Well, we’re excited to announce that The Gospel Project will be available to order this Monday, May 7th.
When it comes to ordering, there are four options to choose from:
1) Order online here.
2) Order by phone at 800.458.2772.
3) Already using LifeWay curriculum? Order The Gospel Project on your Fall 2012 order form.
4) Need it right away? Digital versions will be available for download May 7th at lifeway.com
Orders for print resources will begin shipping in July. Digital orders will be available for download immediately on May 7th, and our e-reader and app versions of The Gospel Project will be available the first of June.
In the meantime, you can still join the Pilot Program and preview the entire first month. And did we mention it’s free? To sign up for the Pilot Project, click here.

I signed up for the pilot program, will I receive that in the mail?
Shelby,
The Pilot Program resources are all in digital download format, not in printed format, so they are available to you immediately! You will need to download the resources from the Gospel Project website. Just login with the email address you had originally signed up with at:
http://www.gospelproject.com/sign-in
Enjoy! And don’t forget to send in your feedback.
When will pricing become available, so we know how viable this is for our ministry?
Hey Jon,
Click on one of the age group icons at the top of any of the Gospel Project website pages (Adults, Students, Kids). At each page under the ‘Additional Information’ section there is a link to the pricing list for the resources for each age group.
Blessings!
We joined the pilot program, and our church loves it! Great new curriculum! Can’t wait to start teaching it!
The gospel project, will it be available in Canada and for how much, and how can we get it?
TGP will be available for purchase in Canada soon. Let me work on finding more details for you.
Two questions:
1) Our church and multi-site campus plan to use the Gospel Project curriculum. Can we both work under one license since we are under one budget, one leadership board, etc. or do we need to purchase two separate user licenses?
2) Are there samples of the customizable parent resources anywhere in the free first month pilot materials?
Thanks!
Mike G.
Mike,
You can work under once license. Also, the parent resources available through the Pilot are the Big Picture cards shown. There will, however, be pre-written emails, tweets, etc. available for your use and customization to communicate with parents, as well as an app launching in the Fall.
If we purchase the digital format, is there a time limit that you have the license, or is it lifetime and you can use it from year to year? I am so excited about kicking this off for our children’s ministry. I think this is going to be fantastic and will teach our kids so much!
Bethany, technically the license is for use for one quarter.
Thanks for your feedback!
Hi, I just have a question. Im from México and I just want to know if I can get the student book of the Gospel Project here, if I can when it’s gonna be available or do I need to order it from USA. Thanks.
Let me check with our international rep and find out for you!
Not quite clear. Are there student study guides? Can I order on the lifeway website?
Is the Gospel Project available in a non-dated format?
Reason for my question is that I have classes that would like to alternate from a DVD-driven study for a quarter and then go back to the Gospel Project. It would make the 3 year Gospel Project study into a 5 year curriculum.
TGP will be available in a non-dated format in the Fall.
First week went great! Kids responded to the lesson well and the teachers LOVED it!
We want to pass out the cards again this week for take home, but the preschool beta only has week one cards. Can you email me week 2 so we can pass them out (seeing as the digital doesn’t go out until Monday)?
Thanks!
Brittany, email thegospelproject@lifeway.com and we should be able to find those cards for you. Glad the lesson went well!
Our church is planning to use the Gospel Project this fall. I am not sure which format to purchase for children. If I purchase the digital, will each class need a computer to show the videos and play the music? Our teachers normally use DVD players and CD players in the classrooms. Could the videos and music be copied from the computer to discs to be used in the classrooms?
I understand that the pilot material is the September material. There are 5 Sundays in Sept. Will there be a 5th session available once I actually order my Fall material? I notice the bible studies only have 4 sessions but some of the kids material (videos, etc) show 5 sessions.
Like Mike, I noticed the lessons only cover 4 of the 5 lesson session….. also, I want to print the Bible Cards for each lesson however, your resource only provides the 1st card. Are the other cards for the following sessions available?
Is there a sample of the second-hour worship curriculum that will be provided with Essentials Pro? Is there a separate scope & sequence for this?
Our church will be using the Gospel Project literature this fall, church wide. I have a large group of senior adults in my church and I need to know if you are going to offer the Personal Study guides in large print. If this is not going to be available, what will you have that I may give to my senior adults to help them out?

Our church has the same question about larger print for senior adults and visually impaired. Also we hope for better text to background contrast in the professionally printed material than we got printing the demo pdfs. Any sugguestions would be deeply appreciated as we really want to use the Gospel Project church-wide. Thanks!
The quarterly scope is helpful – thank you. Are there plans for a weekly scope? I ask because we are discussing having the messages coincide with the curriculum and having the weekly topic would be crucial for building the preaching calendar.
We currently use Lifeway Lessons online. Will the Gospel Project curriculum be available through Lifeway Lessons?
We are looking forward to using this in our Sunday School from younger kids to adults!
Are there promotional materials for TGP such as downloadable brochures, flyers, posters etc?
Thanks
Greetings! I am excited to see what this material is like, as I’m about to launch a site dedicated to Gospel-Centered Ministries. I was curious, do you guys have an affiliate program in place?
Any Spanish versions available?
Will the age groups all be using the same verses each week?
Excellent! I presume we can download digital resources for use in the UK. Will printed resources be available to order for over here? Thank you.
Are the lessons in the pilot program the same as the first month of the fall quarter?
Still a little confused on the large print issue. I currently order about 70 large print participant guides for my senior adults. If I order the downloadable version of TGP and then change the font and run my own 70 hardcopies, do I pay for one download or 70?
Follow up question to previous re: large print options, I downloaded one copy of the RTF, which is only the leader guide so it does not have the Prepare your Heart and Respond in your Life devotionals. I want my senior adults to have the same material as the personal study guide but in a larger font. How do I get the personal study guide, or at least the 3 devotional pages each week, in an RTF format so I can enlarge?
Mike, the price is per adult.
This is a link to the learner guide (which does also contain leader materials) and should be available in RTF format.

Lifeway’s site says this link is no longer available. Other options?
Will the videos that are available under the kids section be available for the student version of TGP or will there be video’s for the students?
Just wondering because the videos really helped during the pilot program that we did.
kdecillo,
We are looking forward to using this in our Sunday School from younger kids to adults and are preparing to introduce this curriculum to our church members.
Are there promotional materials for The Gospel Project such as downloadable brochures, flyers, posters etc or the same type of materials that are available from Lifeway/The Gospel Project?
Thank you!
Have you given any consideration at all with translating your webpage in to Spanish? I know a couple of of translaters right here that might help you do it for no cost if you wanna get in touch with me.
Kathy, the videos and music could easily be copied to CDs and DVDs for use in multiple classrooms
Mike, TGP is sold quarterly, with each quarter containing 13 lessons. Hope that helps answer your question!
Ken, email thegospelproject@lifeway.com and we will try to get those resources to you.
Greg, the worship/music videos provided through the pilot are the sample second-hour materials. They follow the same scope and sequence and serve as enhancement lessons.
The downloadable version will be available in RTF format so that the text can be enlarged to whatever size might suit your church’s needs.
The downloadable version will be available in RTF format so that the text can be enlarged to whatever size might suit your church’s needs.
When you download or purchase the materials, you will be able to download the entire 13 weeks worth of lessons, which would allow you to schedule your sermons accordingly. Let us know if we can provide any more info.
Any chance of being able to see the themes further out than 13 weeks? And/or how far into one quarter will we be when the next quarter’s materials are available?
Thanks, look forward to your reply
Yep, they are.
All of the age groups within the kids curriculum will be.
You sure can download the digital materials. We are still working on the printed ones!
No Terry, it won’t. You can, however, purchase digital copies of the curriculum.
We don’t currently have an affiliate program in place.
