And the social media dialogue generated during the event elevated The Gospel Project to one of the top-trending topics globally on Twitter.

Thanks for your hard work in putting together this great resource.
I love everything so far. I signed up for the pilot program I was unable to download any of the videos or music. Could you help me?
Tammy, if you’ll email thegospelproject@lifeway.com, we should be able to get you some technical help!
That was a great webcast. Any chance of breaking it up into shorter segments? I’d like for my small group leaders to watch it. 1:42 is a probably a little long for them. If I could dole out small doses to them over the course of a few weeks, they might watch more of it.
Mike, we are in the process of posting 10 different segments over the course of the next 9 weeks. They’ll be hosted on YouTube and posted on our Facebook page every Monday to make it easy to share!
Here’s a link to our YouTube channel if you’d like to bookmark it for easy access!

We are planning to break it up in segments this week.
I wish this webcast was downloadable! I would love to be able to use this as encouragement to use this material in the fall.
Good resource! I too would like to use the webcast as a promotional for my teachers and parents.
So, I ‘ve been looking at the Gospel Project and wondering why is there no age groups given. I only see younger and older headings. Not knowing the specific age really needs to factor into my decision for using this. Please send me the break down on the ages or point me to the right place if I’m over looking it.
Thanks
Sandy, are you speaking about the children’s component? We have the curriculum divided into preschool/younger/older so that it can be flexible for many churches. We would recommend starting the preschool curriculum no younger than age 3. Then, depending on the kids in your specific group, you choose who would fall into the “younger” and “older” categories. Email thegospelproject@lifeway.com and someone can help evaluate your specific situation and help figure out what would work best!
Blake– have you been able to view the webcast online via YouTube? http://www.youtube.com/user/TheGospelProjectLW
do i get access to all of the content at the time of purchase or is it distributed based on the scope and sequence listed? wondering especially for students because i would like to be able to start grade levels at different places to develop our own scope and sequence. sixth grade year at beginning, seventh grade on second year, eighth grade on third year, etc…
John, you will be able to download the 13-week “quarter” at the time of purchase.
Janet– the webcast is now available in a segmented format on our YouTube channel.

Please send me a sample of the material for adults.
Thanks

At this time, we don’t have printed samples. Have you signed up for the Pilot? It’s a no-commitment way to view the first month’s lessons for free.

Hey there guys, maybe I’m missing something here but what happens to the child who moves into an age group and hasn’t gotten year 1 of The Project? Is it ok for them to jump in at any point or what would you do with that type of situation. Again, maybe I’m missing something.
Thanks,
Is this Karl Kramer from Moody Bible Institute circa 1998?
They could jump in at any point! It might be helpful to review with them, since it’s a chronological study. Like with any other curriculum, there will be some students who aren’t there for everything.
If your church uses the Gospel Project for more than three years, a child might jump in during the fourth quarter during their time as a “younger child,” but then get those first three quarters as an “older child”.
What about Canadians?
I would like to register at The Gospel Project, as I have heard a colleague talk about it, but there is no option for Canadian Provinces, and a Postal Code instead of a Zip code.
Jonathan
Jonathan, if you leave the mailing address blank, you should still be able to register for the downloadable content. At this time, we aren’t mailing samples, so you wouldn’t be missing anything! Let us know if that doesn’t work.
Once the Gospel Project is purchased are we free to re-use it?
Sorry- Another question. I am unable to find information on the 2nd hour worship curriculum. Is this designed for churches with multiple services or churches with one 2 hour service.
I, too, would like to see this 2nd hour material
Our chruch is comtemplating using Gospel Project for Adults material in the near future. Using material I was given at a teacher’s meeting I prepared a lesson using Unit 1: The God Who Speaks. My current method of preparing a lesson is similar to your presentation. However, I do not use discussing questions for it takes much class time and I have discovered that most of my class members do not desire to discuss items. So I make up pertinent questions to ask them. This method has worked well over the years I have taught Sunday School lessons.
Question: How can I obtain a copy of the Personal Study Guide.? I currently use the Learner Guide For Retired Adults Life Ventures Bible Studies For Life and the Adult Leader Guide.

We finish the 4 Free Adult Lessons this coming week in my Pastor’s Class. I’m getting good response but would like to see additional Teaching Resources.
PRIMARILY – POWER POINT OUTLINES including the VOICES FROM HISTORY and other QUOTES.
Thanks for any help you can give us busy Pastors in this area.

So far I am greatly impressed with what I see and it will fit our focus for our church “across generations”. We are meeting soon to discuss this and I am in hopes of acquiring it in the fall for all our classes! Will there be printed materials available soon?
Our church uses KJV only. Will this work for us?
The material looks fantastic, I’m particularly excited about the “Christ connection” component of the lessons. However, I am a little confused about a couple of things:
1) In the children’s material, what is the difference between the “Worship” material, and the “Bible Study” material? What is the “second hour” of worship material? What is it designed for? Also, is the price listed on the website the cost for each quarter? For example, for a church of our size (50-100 kids) all of the material including the extra hour of worship would cost $244/quarter, for an annual cost of roughly $1000/year, which would mean that the total cost for 3 years of the curriculum would be nearly $3000. Is that correct?
2) Is the pricing plan for the student material on a quarterly basis? I mean, I would need to purchase four separate packages/year?
Thank you for all your hard work, it looks like fantastic curriculum.
What reading level is the gospel project written compared to the life lessons for adults that we currently use?
I am with you all theologically and have even created a similar weekend workshop focussed on the the gospel at our church.
However, I am learning that most of the group leaders at our church prefer video based studies. (very busy folks) The question I keep getting from our leaders is…
“Does the Gospel Project have any videos that go along with the adult version? “
If you need two hours of unique content, the worship material will work great for you.
If you are needing two hours of the same material, you would not need to purchase the worship add on.
If you’d like to see more on the worship material, join the pilot and you can check it out.
If you are purchasing the digital version, you have bought a license for a one-time use, but you’ll have access for 13 months.
Elmer,
You can now purchase The Gospel Project! You can find the resources here: http://www.lifeway.com/n/Product-Family/The-Gospel-Project?CID=TGPSiteBanner
Thanks Jim! We’ll make sure to pass this on to the right people.
Jo Ann, you can purchase now! http://www.lifeway.com/n/Product-Family/The-Gospel-Project?CID=TGPSiteBanner
The printed pieces will begin shipping starting in June.
Jeff, the worship material is for churches that need two hours of unique content. The Essentials package will be everything you need for one hour of content. The Essentials Plus will be the Essentials bundle plus a Key Passage song and Unit song.
All age groups are purchased on a quarterly basis.
